Silver Moon Shadow- Medication Series

In the Meditation and Energy Work Series, we discussed and practiced the basic building blocks for successful ritual and magickal work.  We started at the very basics and looked at breathing.  Then we took a look at grounding, centering, and shielding (what it is, techniques to practice, and why it is so important).  Along the way, we touched upon altered states such as trance, dream travel, and astral projections and ESP.  We also spend several hours on creating personal sacred space.  As a class project, each of the students created and lead a meditation.  They are posted on our meditation page for your use and enjoyment.  We just ask that you credit our work.  You may have noticed that some of the class sessions do not have handouts.  Given the nature of this series, we did a lot of practical energy work, which did not lend itself to a handout.

We hope that you enjoy our selections and our suggestions for further reading.
